The New Battery Isn't Charging. Is it defective battery?
New batteries are shipped in a discharged condition or with very low capacity and must charged before use. We generally recommend an overnight charge (approximately twelve hours). Refer to the user's manual for charging instructions. Rechargeable batteries should be cycled (fully charged and then fully discharged) three to five times initially to allow them to reach their full capacity. (Note: it is normal for a battery to become warm to the touch during charging and discharging).
Note: New batteries are hard for the device to charge; they have never been fully charged and are therefore "unformed". Sometimes the device's charger will stop charging a new battery before it is fully charged. If this happens, remove the battery from the device and then reinsert it. The charge cycle should begin again. This may happen several times during the first battery charge. Don't worry; it's perfectly normal.

How to discharge and charge laptop battery?
A typical charge and discharge cycle is as follow:
- Install your newly purchased battery into your laptop
- Disconnect the AC adapter and use your laptop until it itself shuts down. In this situation, the battery is fully discharged.
- Connect the AC adapter and your battery should start charging.
- Charge until the battery is full.
Repeat this charge and discharge cycle a few times and your battery pack will be conditioned to perform at full capacity.
Note: Please do not over discharge and overcharge your battery.

- How to discharge and charge camera battery?
- Place the battery in your camera until it itself turns off. In this situation, the battery is fully discharged.
- Take out your battery and slide it into your battery charger.
- Connect your charger with power to fully charge the battery. It is normal for a new battery that battery indicator shows 100% capacity in 10 to 15 minutes. Please keep charging until there is no time left for charging.
- Fully charged and fully discharged or "cycled" as much as five times to condition them into performing at full capacity.
Note: Our battery can not be charged with your camera directly. Please charge the battery with our battery charger.

If your battery can not charge with our battery charger, what is matter with the charger?
I think there is some electrical contact problem in your charger and you can fix it yourself in a few minutes.
- Remove your charger from the DC adapter.
- There are two hooks at the bottom of the charger.
- Your can release the top charging plate by pushing the hooks with two fingers.
- The top charging plate will release from the top.
- At the bottom of the charging plate, there will be three metallic contacts.
- Try pulling all the contacts so that it will avoid the bad connection.
- Slowly re-insert the charging plate to the charging base.
- Re-connect the DC adapter and your charger should work.

What does the light indicator mean when charging battery?
1>. Plug the AC power adapter in a wall outlet.
2>. Connect the AC Power adaptor supplied with charger to the DC in jack.
3>. "Status" indicator shows RED when the charger is ready and "Charger" indicator shows flashing Green when waiting for battery pack.
4>. Slide battery pack in the charger and "Charger" indicator goes RED when charging.
5>. "Charger" indicator show RED and GREEN alternatively when battery pack has more than 90% charged.
6>. When the battery pack is fully charged, the "Charger" indicator shows a steady green.
7>. After the battery pack fully charged, slide the battery pack out.
8>. Unplug DC power, "CHARGE" and "STATUS" indicators go out.

How to reply to customer if we sent incorrect charger to them?
We are very sorry for the mistake by our shipping department.
Please keep the charger you received and do not return back to us.
We will send the correct adapter plate (the top plastic part) to you at once. You can install the adapter plate into the charger base yourself.

The laptop battery still reports 7 minutes of life when it is 100% charged, but the battery actually lasted about 2.5 hours. Are the internal electronics of this battery (the part that reports status ) are okay?
New laptop battery has a self recognize process for the first time charge. After using a period of time, it will become normal.
Please set the minimum capacity for the computer to turn off in the power meter management. Disconnect the AC adapter and use your laptop until the battery is fully discharged. Then connect your ac adapter to fully charge the battery. Fully discharge and fully charge the battery or cycled about 3 to 4 times to condition the battery to its full capacity.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail and have your invoice handy. We will do our best to solve your issue. If you return the product(s) to us within 15 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error). Prior to returning a product, call us or email for a RMA number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Please see RMA procedures as below. Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased. All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Standard RMA# policy
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All returns must have a RMA# for processing. Call or e-mail us to obtain approval as well as the RMA#.
2. Include RMA# on the outside of the package. It should be clearly displayed on the outside of package. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted
3. Please ship back the return merchandise with a traceable shipping method. Otherwise, if the merchandise is lost during the transportation, we will not be responsible for any loss caused.
4. Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the RMA#. Packages received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
5. Repack in original packaging. Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defected packaging, or lost shipments. All returned products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer
6. If we sent wrong merchandises to you, we will send UPS return label to you. Please ship back the merchandises within one week after receiving our return label.
Otherwise, we will not be responsible for return shipping cost and other loss it may cause.

What is memory effect?
A condition that occurs when a battery is charged to the same level several times consecutively. The battery develops a chemical "memory" of that level and will not allow a charging past that point. You can avoid this through several complete discharges and recharge cycles.

We often meet this question I have discharged the battery to zero volts, and fully discharge and fully charge as your instruction, but the battery can not charge to 100% capacity. It is involved with over discharge and overcharge.
Our battery pack is made up of several cells. If you discharge the battery to zero, what will most likely happen is that one or more of the cells will "reverse" because they are weaker than the other cells. The reversed cell begins to accept a "backwards" charge from the other better charged cells around it. This will kill the battery. So we should stop the discharge at one point, rather than letting the pack slump down to zero volts.
In the meantime, when the battery is at its full capacity, we should not plug the AC adapter to trickle charge the battery. It will overcharge the battery.
Note: Over discharge and overcharge the battery will damage the battery.
